Ajax ReX 2 Jeweller

The Ajax ReX 2 Jeweller is an advanced wireless signal range extender designed to expand the coverage of Ajax security systems while supporting devices with photo verification. It ensures stable communication across large properties, multi-story buildings, and complex installations where extended coverage is required.

ReX 2 extends the system’s communication range by relaying signals between the hub and connected devices, maintaining reliable performance over distances of up to 1,700 meters line-of-sight. It supports both Jeweller protocol (for control signals) and Wings protocol (for image transmission), making it fully compatible with MotionCam detectors and other photo verification devices.

The extender can support up to 199 Ajax devices, allowing seamless scaling of larger systems without compromising performance.

Designed for reliability, the ReX 2 includes a built-in backup battery providing up to 38 hours of autonomous operation, ensuring continued system performance during power outages.

With encrypted communication, tamper protection, and real-time monitoring via the Ajax app, the ReX 2 Jeweller is an essential component for extending both coverage and functionality in modern Ajax security systems.
