Ajax ReX 2 Jeweller

Scale your security system without limits. ReX 2 Jeweller is an intelligent radio signal range extender designed for large commercial spaces, multi-story buildings, and complex layouts. Supporting photo verification of alarms and offering dual radio/Ethernet connectivity, ReX 2 ensures every detector stays connected—even through concrete and steel.

Key Highlights

• Photo Verification Support: Transmits high-speed visual verification snapshots from MotionCam detectors in under 10 seconds.

• Dual-Channel Connectivity: Connects to the hub via Jeweller radio or directly over Ethernet for multi-building and underground coverage.

• Massive Coverage Expansion: Combine up to 5 range extenders on a single hub to cover up to $35 \text{ km}^2$.

• Autonomous Intelligence: Acts as a localized smart panel—manages connected devices and triggers sirens independently if hub communication is lost.

• Up to 38 Hours of Backup Power: Integrated rechargeable battery keeps the system fully operational during power outages.

• Grade-A Anti-Sabotage Protection: Software immunity powered by OS Malevich, featuring tamper protection and real-time jamming detection.

Why Choose ReX 2 Jeweller?

Penetrates Steel & Concrete Walls

In complex environments like multi-story office blocks, underground parking garages, or steel-frame warehouses, radio signals alone can face physical barriers. ReX 2 solves this by using Ethernet cable routing as a primary or backup communication line. Connect ReX 2 to the same local network as your hub, and the system easily bypasses physical obstructions.

Visual Alarm Verification in Seconds

Equipped with Ajax’s proprietary Wings radio protocol, ReX 2 handles both critical alarm signals and high-bandwidth photo data. When a MotionCam detector triggers, ReX 2 delivers the animated visual proof to users and monitoring centers in under 10 seconds, eliminating costly false patrol dispatches.

Self-Reliant Smart Operation

ReX 2 doesn’t just forward data—it manages connected devices directly. If a main power line is cut or connection to the central hub drops, ReX 2 maintains local device groups, triggers sirens on intrusion, and executes local automation scenarios without interruption.

Enterprise-Level Security Architecture

Operating on the secure, virus-proof OS Malevich, ReX 2 uses block encryption with dynamic keys and continuous device polling (every 12 to 300 seconds). Any attempt to dismantle the unit, open its casing, or jam its radio signals generates an immediate alert.

Versatile Applications

• Multi-Building Complexes: Link detached warehouses, hangars, or outbuildings back to a single central hub.

• Underground Parking & Basements: Route signal connections through Ethernet where radio waves cannot penetrate thick concrete.

• Large Residential Estates: Extend protection to perimeter gates, detached garages, and guest houses without running long sensor cables.

• Commercial High-Rises: Ensure reliable wireless coverage across multiple floors without dead zones.
