The hub supports up to 200 Ajax devices, including motion detectors, sirens, keypads, and automation modules, along with up to 200 users and 25 security groups, making it ideal for large homes, offices, and multi-site installations.

Equipped with four independent communication channels – Ethernet, Wi-Fi, and dual SIM (2G/3G/4G) – the Hub 2 Plus provides maximum reliability with automatic failover, ensuring uninterrupted connectivity even if one or more channels are unavailable.

The system fully supports photo verification devices via the Wings protocol, enabling fast transmission of images from MotionCam detectors for visual alarm confirmation.

Using Ajax’s secure Jeweller radio protocol, the hub communicates with connected devices over distances of up to 2,000 meters line-of-sight, delivering encrypted, two-way communication with low latency and high reliability.

Designed for continuous operation, the Hub 2 Plus includes a built-in backup battery providing up to 15 hours of operation, along with tamper protection and real-time system monitoring.

Managed through the Ajax mobile and desktop apps, the hub allows remote configuration, instant notifications, and full system control, making it easy to deploy and maintain complex security systems.
