Kandao‘s AirLink is, in Kandao’s words, a wireless conferencing adapter designed for seamless, efficient meetings. It is compatible with the Kandao Meeting Ultra and the Kandao Meeting Pro 2, and it enables one-click wireless connectivity without additional software installation. Connect the adapter to your computer via HDMI and USB and you get wireless audio and video transmission in 4K quality with low latency and stable performance — no cable clutter, and a cleaner, more flexible, professional meeting space.
What AirLink adds to a Meeting Pro 2 room
One-click sharing: press the casting button on the AirLink to share your computer screen with the meeting terminal.
No software to install: your conferencing software simply sees AirLink as the camera, microphone and speaker.
Wireless 4K with low latency: audio and video pass between the laptop and the Meeting Pro 2 without a cable to the device.
Pair once: a 3–5 second pairing at the Meeting Pro 2’s USB port, then plug the paired AirLink into any laptop.
How AirLink works — Kandao’s BYOM mode in four steps
Pair: plug AirLink into the USB port of the meeting terminal. Wait 3–5 seconds and unplug it once “Pairing Successful” appears on the screen or indicator.
Connect to the PC: insert the paired AirLink into the computer’s USB port.
Software settings: open your video-conferencing software (Kandao’s guide names Zoom and Teams) and select “AirLink” for camera, microphone and speaker.
Share your screen: press the casting button on AirLink to share the computer screen with the meeting terminal.
Kandao calls this Core Scenario III, Plug & Play Wireless Casting + Webcam Mode (BYOM mode): the laptop runs the call while the Meeting Pro 2 supplies its 360° 4K camera, eight-microphone array and 10 W speaker, and the laptop screen reaches the room with one press.
