Ajax MotionCam Outdoor Jeweller

The Ajax MotionCam Outdoor Jeweller is a wireless outdoor motion detector with built-in photo verification, designed to provide accurate intrusion detection with instant visual confirmation. Combining dual PIR sensors with intelligent analysis and an integrated camera, it ensures reliable perimeter protection while reducing false alarms.

The device detects motion up to 15 meters with a 90° detection angle, using advanced filtering algorithms to distinguish between real threats and environmental factors such as wind, rain, or small animals. Pet immunity further reduces unwanted triggers in residential and commercial environments.

When motion is detected, the built-in camera captures a series of images, allowing users and monitoring centres to quickly verify alarm events. This enables faster response times and reduces unnecessary callouts.

Built for outdoor use, the MotionCam Outdoor features an IP55-rated weather-resistant enclosure, anti-masking protection, and tamper detection to prevent interference or sabotage. It operates reliably in harsh conditions, ensuring consistent performance year-round.

Communication is handled via Ajax’s secure Jeweller protocol for alarm signals and Wings protocol for image transmission, delivering encrypted, stable communication with a range of up to 1,700 meters line-of-sight.

With up to 3 years of battery life, optional external power support, and remote configuration via the Ajax app, the MotionCam Outdoor Jeweller is ideal for installations where both detection and visual verification are essential.
