Ajax MotionCam Jeweller

The Ajax MotionCam Jeweller is a wireless indoor PIR motion detector with built-in photo verification, designed to provide accurate intrusion detection with instant visual confirmation. It combines reliable motion sensing with image capture, helping users and monitoring centres quickly verify alarm events and respond effectively.

Equipped with a high-quality PIR sensor, the detector covers up to 12 meters with an 88.5° horizontal detection angle, making it ideal for rooms, hallways, and entry points. Advanced signal processing reduces false alarms caused by environmental factors such as air movement, lighting changes, or temperature fluctuations.

When motion is detected, the integrated camera captures a series of images, allowing immediate visual verification of the event. This helps prevent unnecessary callouts and improves response times.

The device includes pet immunity (up to ±20 kg / ~50 cm height), making it suitable for environments with small animals.

Communication is handled via Ajax’s secure Jeweller protocol for alarm transmission and Wings protocol for image delivery, ensuring encrypted, reliable communication with a range of up to 1,700 meters line-of-sight.

With up to 4 years of battery life, built-in tamper protection, and quick installation, the MotionCam Jeweller is a reliable solution for indoor security systems requiring both detection and visual confirmation.
