Yealink USB-Y Trainer Cable (1 piece)

The USB-Y Trainer Cable is a Y-splitter that lets two Yealink UH or BH series USB headsets connect to the same PC at once, so a supervisor and an agent can share a single call. It supports silent monitoring, whisper coaching and call takeover, with separated call control, volume adjustment and LED indication for each headset, making it a practical tool for call-centre training and quality supervision. It terminates in USB-C connectors for the headsets (or BH headsets via a BT51 dongle) and a USB-C-to-PC connection with USB-A adapter included.
