Yealink USB /QD Trainer Cable (1 piece)
This USB/QD Trainer Cable is a Y-cable that connects two Yealink Quick Disconnect (QD) headsets from the YHS series to a single PC, allowing a trainer and trainee to be on the same call simultaneously. The supervisor can choose to join the conversation or stay muted and simply listen in, making it suited to call-centre coaching setups. Because the supervisor leg is shorter than the agent leg, the cable can also double as a simple USB-to-QD adapter; it only works with QD headsets, not USB headsets.
