UltraLAN’s fiber coupler, also sometimes called a fiber midspan adapter, is a small device designed to link the fiber optic cables/connectors between two fiber lines.

By linking two lines or connectors precisely, fiber optic couplers allow the light sources to be transmitted almost seamlessly and lowers the loss as much as possible.
