The Tenda TEF1109P-8-63W is a compact 9-port desktop switch designed for powering and networking PoE devices like IP cameras, access points, and IP phones from a single box. Of its nine 10/100Mbps RJ45 ports, eight support Power over Ethernet, IEEE 802.3af/at compliant, with a total PoE power budget of up to 58W shared across the powered ports.
9x 10/100Mbps RJ45 ports (8 with PoE/PoE+)
Total PoE power budget: up to 58W
Extend mode: transmits data and power up to 250m on supported ports
Packet forwarding rate: 1.34Mpps; 4K MAC address table; 1.25Mb buffer
6kV lightning protection
Plug-and-play, unmanaged operation
This switch is well suited to small surveillance or wireless deployments where running separate power to each device isn't practical, a single Ethernet cable handles both data and power to each connected camera or access point. The built-in Extend mode is particularly useful for spreading PoE devices further than the usual 100m Ethernet limit.
