The Tenda O8 is a long-range outdoor wireless bridge built for point-to-point links where running cable isn't practical, connecting two buildings, backhauling a remote CCTV camera, or extending a network across an open area. It operates on 5GHz with a directional 23dBi antenna, using 802.11a/n/ac to deliver up to 433Mbps of throughput across links of up to 20km.
Power comes via passive PoE (12V/1A, 9-35V DC input range), so a single cable run can carry both data and power to the mounted unit, simplifying installation on poles or rooftops. Built-in lightning protection rated to 6000V adds a meaningful layer of resilience against surge damage. The IP65-rated housing is sealed against dust and rain, and the unit includes a 10/100Mbps Ethernet port plus pole-mount hardware.
