TENDA AX3000 Wi-Fi 6 Long-Range Access Point

The Tenda i29 is a ceiling/wall-mount Wi-Fi 6 access point built for businesses, hotels, and larger homes that need strong, consistent coverage rather than a simple plug-in booster. It runs dual-band AX3000 Wi-Fi 6, combining a 2.4GHz band with a 5GHz band capable of up to 2.4Gbps, and uses OFDMA, MU-MIMO, and beamforming to keep performance stable even with many devices connected at once.

• Wi-Fi standard: 802.11ax (Wi-Fi 6), dual-band 2.4GHz + 5GHz, 160MHz channel support
• Antennas: 4 internal antennas at 4dBi gain
• Ports: Gigabit Ethernet port(s), powered via 802.3at PoE+ (max ~15.74W consumption)
• Capacity: rated for up to 256 connected clients
• Coverage: suited to large open-plan areas (manufacturer-rated around 500m2/5,400 sq ft per unit)
• Security: WPA3 support

Because it's PoE-powered and ceiling-mountable, the i29 is best suited to offices, guesthouses, and multi-room properties wanting a single high-capacity access point rather than a household range extender, pair it with a PoE switch or injector for a clean install.
