The Tenda Nova MX12 is a Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) whole-home mesh system designed to replace a single router and patchy extenders with one seamless network. This 3-pack extends coverage to roughly 7,000 sq.ft, making it the right choice for large homes, multi-storey houses, or properties with thick walls that block a normal router's signal. Each node delivers combined dual-band speeds of up to AX3000 (574Mbps on 2.4GHz + 2402Mbps on 5GHz).
Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax), dual-band, up to AX3000 combined speed
Covers up to ~7,000 sq.ft. with 3 nodes
Supports 160+ connected devices via MU-MIMO and OFDMA
3x Gigabit Ethernet ports per unit
1.7GHz quad-core CPU, 256MB RAM
WPA3 security, seamless roaming (802.11k/v)
Managed via the Tenda Wi-Fi app or web GUI
All three nodes share a single network name and password, automatically handing devices off as you move through the house so there's no manual switching between networks. For larger properties this 3-pack is the more practical option over the 2-pack, trading a bit of extra cost for meaningfully wider, more even coverage.
