NOTE: the supplier's source title for this SKU incorrectly reads "SWM282" - the actual product for SKU SWM281 is the non-PoE member of the SWM28x family. The SWM281 is a 24-port Gigabit L2+ managed switch with 4 SFP ports for fibre uplinks, offering the same enhanced L3 routing (VLANs, BGP, OSPFv2, RIP, EIGRP) and TPM 2.0 security as its PoE sibling, but it does NOT supply Power over Ethernet to connected devices - it is powered via a standard IEC C14 mains inlet rather than a DC terminal block.
