The Ecowitt WS90 Powered by Shelly is an all-in-one 7-in-1 outdoor weather sensor array combining ultrasonic wind measurement, haptic (piezoelectric) rain detection, temperature, humidity, UV index, illuminance/solar radiation, and barometric pressure sensing in a single self-contained unit with no moving parts to wear out. It uses Bluetooth for initial setup via the Shelly Smart Control app and Zigbee for ongoing communication, and can report to multiple gateways simultaneously for added reliability. It requires a Shelly BLU Gateway or a compatible Shelly Plus/Pro/Gen3/Gen4 device to integrate with the Shelly app.
