MikroTik SXT LTE7 kit

The MikroTik SXT LTE7 kit is a rugged outdoor LTE CPE designed for remote, rural and hard-to-reach locations where conventional fixed-line connectivity may be limited. Built around MikroTik’s proven SXT outdoor platform, it combines a directional LTE design with a newer LTE Category 7 modem for improved speed, stability and responsiveness in both rural and congested mobile networks.

With support for LTE Cat7, the SXT LTE7 kit can deliver up to 300Mbps download and 100Mbps upload, while 2×2 MIMO downlink and carrier aggregation allow the device to use multiple LTE bands simultaneously. This can improve responsiveness and connection stability, particularly in weaker-signal areas or where the mobile network is heavily utilised. MikroTik
The unit includes two Micro SIM slots, giving installers flexibility for backup mobile connectivity. It supports a broad range of LTE bands, including Bands 28 and 32, making it suitable for a wide variety of EMEA LTE deployments.

For network connectivity, the SXT LTE7 kit provides 2 x 10/100Mbps Ethernet ports, with PoE-in on Ether1 and passive PoE-out on Ether2. This allows the SXT to be powered over the same Ethernet cable carrying network data, while also providing power to another compatible device where required. It supports 802.3af/at PoE input across a wide 12-57V input range.

Running RouterOS v7, the SXT LTE7 kit provides MikroTik’s full routing and network management platform in a compact IP54-rated outdoor enclosure, making it a practical choice for farms, countryside properties, remote sites, off-grid installations and LTE backup connectivity.
