Lee Neck Sizing Dies use a collet to squeeze case neck against a precision mandrel creating a precisely aligned case neck, while reducing run out. When delivered from the factory, the collet die will grip the bullet with a light press fit with cases of average hardness. For additional neck tension, consider an undersized mandrel.
