The Huawei AP761 is a ruggedised outdoor Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) access point built for high-density public deployments such as stadiums, squares, pedestrian streets, and amusement parks. It uses built-in directional antennas to run simultaneous 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz MU-MIMO radios, and its IP68-rated metal enclosure with Ethernet surge protection and a wide operating temperature range lets it withstand harsh weather and industrial-grade conditions. Flexible GE electrical and SFP optical uplink ports let installers choose copper or fibre backhaul depending on the site.
