The Huawei AP160 is an ultra-thin wall-plate Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) indoor access point designed to mount directly onto a standard 86x86 mm junction box, effectively replacing a wall socket with an integrated AP. It delivers simultaneous dual-band 2x2 MIMO service on 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz through a built-in smart antenna that automatically adjusts coverage direction, and provides two GE RJ45 ports (uplink and downlink) so an existing wired point can be extended alongside Wi-Fi. Its compact ultra-thin profile and PoE-only power make it well suited to budget hotel rooms, offices, and commercial real estate where a discreet, low-profile AP is required.
