The Cattex Digital Tester – Non-PoE is a professional-grade cable testing device designed to prevent and troubleshoot network cable installation problems. Perfect for CAT5e and CAT6e structured cabling, this tester allows precise verification of proper cable installation, helping ensure reliable network performance.
Featuring two separate elements—a transmitter and a receiver—the tester can check cables that are already installed, while the dual RJ45 transmitter sockets allow testing using only the transmitter module. Its large LCD graphic display (4 rows of 16 characters) presents clear, easy-to-read results, simplifying fault detection and wiring verification.
Key functions include checking for open circuits, short circuits, reverse connections, and wiring errors, as well as exact fault location. The tester also measures twisted-pair cable lengths up to 400 meters and provides long battery life of up to 50 hours. Lightweight, durable, and easy to use, the Cattex Digital Tester – Non-PoE is ideal for professional installers, IT technicians, and anyone needing accurate, reliable cable testing and diagnostics.
