Ideal For
- New Ajax Hub 2, Hub 2 Plus and Hub 4G installations requiring a ready-to-go cellular connection for alarm monitoring.
Secure and reliable alarm transmission
A pre-installed SIM card is ready to use straight out of the box, removing the hassle of activation. Ajax SIM is automatically connected to the best-performing network, switching between carriers as needed for uninterrupted, reliable communication and alarm transmission. End users can immediately benefit from robust and unlimited cellular connectivity distributed by Ajax partners.
Recurring revenue opportunities
The business model involves two key parties: installers and distributors.
Distributors supply Ajax Services to installers, while installers provide them to end users.
Each activated Ajax SIM generates steady and easy-to-manage monthly income1 for installers and distributors. With no fixed MSRP (list price), installers can set pricing referring to their market. End users pay the installers after their first month of usage, while installers forward payments to distributors.
Seamless operation
The pre-installed Ajax SIM card is ready to use right out of the box, eliminating the need for complicated activation. It automatically selects the best available cellular network based on performance to ensure uninterrupted event and alarm transmission. Each SIM is hub-specific and cannot be used on other devices.
Steadfast сellular сonnection
Ajax SIM has full network connectivity and is compatible even with 2G networks.
The SIM automatically selects the best-performing and least congested signal, eliminating the need to test multiple operators during installation.
Additional SIM cards can be used as backup channels without limitations.
Hassle-free activation
As an IoT card, Ajax SIM offers quick and easy activation.
Simply install the hub and activate the Ajax SIM service in the Ajax PRO app. The card will automatically select the best available cellular network.
Streamlined operation
Each Ajax SIM is locked to a hub, and the connection is verified by the Ajax Сloud server.
The SIM is exclusively used for secure and reliable transmission of events and alarms.
Protection against spoofing
Ajax SIMs ensure secure communication and data integrity by utilizing robust encryption, traffic monitoring, and access controls. This helps to prevent unauthorized usage, and protect connected devices from spoofing.
SIM card locking to a hub
Each Ajax SIM is securely locked to a specific hub, preventing misuse in other devices. It is possible to switch card but only to a different Ajax hub. Ajax SIM is connected only to the carrier provider. These measures enhance overall security and deliver optimal performance for the whole Ajax security system.
No personal data collection
Ajax SIM is designed with privacy in mind, collecting only essential data such as SIM and hub identifiers. This functionality guarantees secure operation while protecting user information according to strict data protection standards.
