The SS.6842.PER.B is a professional‑grade 42‑unit (42U) floor‑standing server and network cabinet with a 600 mm width × 800 mm depth, engineered to securely house and organise rack‑mount equipment such as servers, switches, storage appliances, UPS units, patch panels, and other 19‑inch networking hardware in data centres, server rooms, telecom closets, and enterprise IT environments.
This model features perforated front and rear doors, which significantly improve airflow and ventilation compared with solid or glass‑front cabinets. The enhanced airflow helps maintain cooler operating temperatures for heat‑producing equipment, supports more efficient passive cooling, and can reduce reliance on additional fans or cooling infrastructure. Built with robust steel construction, it also includes adjustable mounting rails for flexible positioning of equipment, removable side panels for easy access during installation or maintenance, and lockable doors to help secure hardware from unauthorised access.
