Pigtail version. Terminal strip available as well. When narrow door frames, service entrances, or retrofit installations demand a compact reader footprint without sacrificing mobile credential capability, the HID SIGNO 20 Mullion delivers Seos security in a form factor built for constrained spaces. This pigtail-wired reader addresses access control deployments where standard-width readers won't fit and where future-proofing for mobile credentials is non-negotiable. The SIGNO 20's mullion profile addresses a common retrofit challenge: legacy installations with narrow mounting surfaces or doors where standard reader dimensions create clearance conflicts. Despite the compact footprint, this reader maintains full 13.56 MHz read range for both contactless cards and mobile devices. The pigtail wire connection eliminates the need for terminal block access at the mounting location, reducing installation time when working in cramped mullion cavities or hollow metal door frames with limited wire routing space.

Key Features

Mullion form factor fits narrow door frames, double-door center posts, and tight retrofit scenarios

Seos Profile technology supports 13.56 MHz smart cards and mobile credentials from a single reader

Dual-protocol output: OSDP (Secure Channel) and Wiegand for compatibility across modern and legacy panels

Mobile-ready architecture enables smartphone credentialing via BLE without additional hardware

Pigtail cable termination simplifies rough-in and field wiring during installations

HID Seos credential platform provides encrypted card-to-reader communication and secure mobile key provisioning

Product Details

Model: 20NKS-01-000000-IMPRO

Brand: HID

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0736/0010/6725/files/20NKS-01-000000__09990.1783515692.500.750.jpg?v=1791984483
https://guardsondutyshop.co.za/products/hid-signo20-seos-profile-mullion-mount-seos-high-frequency-credentials-plus-hid-mobile-access%c2%ae-mobile-ids-via-nfc-and-or-bluetooth
