A tribute to Chris’ original 1980s Backpacker design, the newest iteration echos Chris’ original details with modern materials. Its blade provides ample belly and a drop point shape for more control. Its canvas Micarta handles provide comfort without sacrificing agility, though they can be removed for deep cleaning or extra-lightweight hiking. The slim KYDEX® sheath fits snugly with the Backpacker’s handles on or off. Razor-sharp and made to last, the Backpacker will work hard from the backcountry to home.

FEATURES:

– CPM Magnacut 63-64 RC Full Tang Drop Point Blade
– Removable Black or Natural Canvas Micarta handles
– Slim fit KYDEX® sheath by Chris Reeve Knives with standard 3/4″ hole spacing.

DIMENSIONS

Overall Length: 8.527″ (216.59mm)
Weight: 3.8 oz (2.4 oz without handles)
Blade Length: 10.2 cm
Handle Length: 11.45 cm
Blade Material: MagnaCut Stainless Steel
Blade Thickness: 3.4 mm
Blade Hardness: 63-64 HRC
Blade Style: Drop Point
Blade Grind: Hollow
Blade Finish: Stonewash
Handle Material: Natural Canvas Micarta
Sheath Material: Kydex
Made in the USA

https://guardsondutyshop.co.za/products/chris-reeves-backpacker-drop-point-micarta-canvas-natural-bpr-1001
